At today's meeting of the spring session of the Milli Majlis approved the report on last year's activities of the Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan.
Speaking to the deputies, the Chairman of the House Vugar Gulmammadov reported that this body subordinated to the parliament held 82 checks on 126 sites. The audit returned to the state budget $ 7.5 thousand, 8.6 million manat and 47.1 thousand Euro.
The greatest effect was given by checks carried out in the past year, together with the Ministry of Taxes - thanks to them they managed to collect additional taxes in the amount of 3.3 million manat.
Materials of 4 checks revealed serious violations and were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office. The budget was enriched by 2.5 million manat.
Detection of violations of labor laws allowed to return to the treasury 678.8 thousand manat and the detection of ineligible expenditure due to non-compliance of design estimates for construction work - 616.1 thousand manat. --17D-
