Azerbaijan to have its own engineers in multi-troposphere communication
Azerbaijan will receive its engineers for operation and maintenance of devices in multi-channel troposphere communication (troposphere - the dominant part of the atmosphere at an altitude of 8-18 km from the Earth's surface).
Journalists were told by the Minister of Defense Industry Yavar Jamalov AR, in the 2012-13 school year for the Ministry of the Azerbaijan Technical University started functioning special faculty of engineering and technology. The first issue will consist of 74 students taught well in specialties such as optic-technical devices and pyrotechnics, the production of weapons and weapons systems, technology of composite materials and products for defense purposes.
Long-distance wireless communication, based on re-emission of electromagnetic energy into troposphere in dissemination of radio waves in it, carried out in the decimeter and centimeter ranges is close to the local defense industry. In Soviet times, there was a secret plant in Shirvan - a branch of the Leningrad Scientific and Production Enterprise Long Distance. However, Azerbaijan did not have its own high quality experts in this sphere. - 17D-
