AZERBAIJAN"S FOREIGN TRADE TURNOVER INCREASES
    BAKU/01.09.10/TURAN: Azerbaijan"s trade turnover increased 48.7% in January-July 2010 against January-July 2009. Azerbaijan had trade relations with 135 states, which totaled $15.5 billion.
     Oil and oil derivatives were 61.4% of Azerbaijan"s exports (-17.1% against January-July 2009). The exports increased 1.7 times to $12 billion, while the imports increased to $3.5 billion (+6.6%).
     The European countries" share in the trade turnover with Azerbaijan was 56.1%. The index was 33.3% for Asia, 9% for America, 1.3% for Africa, and 0.3% for Oceania.
     The list of Azerbaijan"s main trade partners included Italy (26.7%), Israel (7.7%), the USA (7%), France (6.9%), and Russia (6.6%). Turkey was N9 with 3.2%. --17D--
