The State Supervision Service of Technical Regulation and Standardization has banned the production and sale of the Muasir Gencler beer (Modern Youth), named in honor of the eponymous company with limited liability.
The said company is situated in the village Garagurdlu in Khachmaz, and has long been selling poor production to tourists arriving in the resort area of the Guba-Gusar region. According to the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent, the beer produced does not meet the standards AZS 143-2005
As reported by the State Committee, in the course of monitoring it was found that the company produced not pasteurized beer light in color without the technological instructions and recipes. The producers did not have laboratories for the analysis of finished products, and the production area did not meet hygienic standards and regulations. In addition, there were no conditions for the stable quality production, and measurement tools were used without state registration.
The used manufacturing equipment was overdue, which could cause violations of the quality and a risk to human health and life.
According to the State Service, the manufacturer was confiscated two full tanks, each with a capacity of 20 tons of beer, which had not passed the test. - 17D-
