Before November 1, social sphere spent 4.5 times less than the cost of investment projects
BAKU/19.12.13/Turan : In January-October this year, the Azerbaijani state budget executed with a surplus of 2 billion 214.1 million ( 4% of projected GDP ) . This means that in November and December in order to achieve the planned deficit of 691 million manat ( 1.2% of GDP ), the Ministry of Transport , Ministry of Economic Development and other agencies responsible for investment, will spend about 3 billion manats mode Avraham.
