BSE started public offering Alfa Sigorta
Today at Baku Stock Exchange started placement of additional issue of the insurance company Alfa Sigorta.
According to the website of the financial structure, increased confrontation with risks is an initiative of the controlling shareholder. The size of the additional issue will be 1 million 30 thousand manats. The nominal value of each share of the 1,030 is one thousand manats.
The company Alfa Sigorta has been at the local insurance market since 1997 and provides services for 25 types of insurance. In February 2008, it was given a perpetual license.
Until 2005, the insurance company operated under the name LTD Murad.
The sole founder and major shareholder of the company is Bank Technique.
The authorized capital of the company has totaled 6.75 million manat.
According to the Insurance Supervision Service, for the past 10 months the premiums reached 4 million 454.82 thousand manats and the payments reached 909.9 thousand manats. - 17D-
