BTB Bank"s Net Profit Rose Nearly 14-fold
BAKU/06.09.13/TURAN : JSC BTB Bank for the first half 2013 had a net profit after tax of 2.47 million manat, which is 13.7 times more than the same period in 2012 . The bank's earnings were equal to 9.27 million manat, and expenses - 7.69 million manat, increasing respectively by 72.2 % and 45.3 %.
Assets increased in January -June, up 17.6 % to 107.85 million manat. The volume of issued and corporations loans grew by 15% and amounted to 95.19 million manat.
The total liabilities of the bank increased from 73.65 million to 87.84 million manat. The deposit portfolio increased by 16 % to 49.92 million manat, including term client investments increased by 33.8 % to 43.98 million manat.
The balance capital grew by 10.5 %, reaching 20.01 million manat, and the total capital - 16.1 % to 18.72 million manat. The paid charter capital remained unchanged amounting to 13.6 million manat. - 15B -
