Capital Bank shareholders will consider the possibility of increasing capital
Shareholders of Capital Bank January 15, 2014 will discuss the capital increase at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
As reported by the bank, the event will be held at 11 am at the head office of the bank located on Fizuli Street, 71. At the meeting the shareholders are also going to approve regulations of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of the bank in the new edition, as well as to make changes in the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee.
JSC Capital Bank was privatized in 2008. According to the rules about 2,500 members of the personnel of the bank acquired 2.5% of its shares. Large stakes in the bank while also purchased Ata Holding, Azersun Holding, Xalq Sigorta , etc. but later as if agreeing , they resell these shares LLC "Pasha Holding". As a result, the controlling shareholder of the bank has become the family Pashayevs ( 99.98%), related by kinship with President Ilham Aliyev . - 15B -
