The Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB) called local insurers interested in the Green Card, to address to the Registrar by December 21.
According to the information, the decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Trustees. Otherwise, businesses operating in the framework of compulsory insurance of liability of owners of motor vehicles (CTP) will be limited from January 1, 2016.
There's also an exemplary form of approved forms of Green Card, the rules for their release, filling and accounting rules for activities within the Green Card. In addition, they approved the rules of the payment calendar under the contracts on Green Card and the formation of a reinsurance pool of Green Cards and the rules of its functioning.
Recall Azerbaijan joined the system Green Card, in which it will start its work from January 1, 2016. In the framework of the Agreement the member states recognize the CTP insurance policy issued in the countries - partners.
CIB was established according to the law "On compulsory types of insurance". It includes 15 local insurers (of 26), of which 11 have the right to provide services under the insurance. --17D-
