Custom encourages businessmen not to be engages in abuse
State Customs Committee urged businessmen not to abuse measures to promote business and encourage export-import operations. According to the report the State Customs Committee, some dealers using devaluation of the manat, are trying to avoid the transfer to the state budget of all entitlement funds in the course of import transactions.
According to Mirgasim Vakhabov, the head of the Main Department of the financial and foreign exchange controls of the Customs, whiledeclaring imports the entrepreneurs shall indicate the actual price, first of all fittings and fruit.
Currently, the minimum price for all products have been determined and placed in a database of customs administrations and entrepreneurs can get acquainted with them. However, the head of the State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev called on entrepreneurs while the clearance of goods to apply directly to the customs authorities and not to use the services of intermediary firms. -03D-
