DemirBank appointed office hours for customer complaints and appeals
DemirBank to improve the quality of customer service , has appointed hours of the customers to more effectively deal with complaints and appeals .
Customers can contact the head office of the Bank on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:00 to 17:00 - in the quality control department. This requires advance to register by phone or via email.
It should be noted that information about the clock customer reception was also posted on the corporate website of the Bank and on the pages of social networking sites Facebook and Twitter. Customers can make an appointment by registering at ( 012) 149 or send an e-mail shikayet@demirbank.az.
One of the priorities for DemirBank is to improve customer service. To this end, in recent years have been carried out various trainings for employees , branch offices of the Bank transferred to the new, more comfortable and spacious offices , a branch system was implemented electronic queue Q-Matic, conducted the study " Mystery Client" and carried out a number of other works. Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
