Due to the state budget 324 million manat to repay foreign debts of SOEs
In 2014, the government expects to pay off the state budget debts of state businesses for a total of 324 million manat, which is 1.6 % of budget expenditures.
According to the Government draft budget package this year, funding debts of enterprises and organizations through the Foundation to ensure the state debt is not carried out. In the previous year, these costs were 92.5 million manat.
In 2012, the Fund's secured debt under the government guarantee was restored by creditors at 5 852.1 thousand manats.
The Ministry of Finance does not disclose which state the company is a customer of funds from the above fund. It is known that in recent years due to the state guarantee was bought a lot of airships for the state airline CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines. However, the airline does not publish annual financial reports. Statistical data provided by the State Statistics Committee show that it is working with big losses. - 08D-
