During 11 months gas production in Russia increased by 2.4%, export by 9.6%
From January to November 2013 gas production in Russia increased by 2.4% against the same period last year and totaled 603,257,000,000 cub.m., while export increased by 9.6% up to 181,659,000,000 cub.m., according to the Central Dispatcher Department of the Russian fuel-energy complex.
During 11 months, 2013 the biggest Russia’s gas manufacturer Gasprom reduced production by 0.06% to 432,932,000,000 cub.m. During the same period NOVATEK company extracted 56,498,000,000 cub.m. (growth by 5.4%). During 11 months, 2013 local gas consumption in Russia increased by 0.6% up to 406,682,000,000 cub.m.
During 11 months, 2013 gas export to Far Abroad totaled 122,335,000,000 cub.m. (growth by 19%), and to the Near abroad – 46,000,023,000 (reduction by 16%). During this period 25,246,000,000 cub.m. of gas was received from other countries, down 8% against the same period last year.
During 11 months, 2012 export of liquefied natural gas to ATP countries totaled 13,093,000,000 cub.m. (reduction by 1.2%).
According to the same source, in 2012 Russia’s gas production decreased by 2.3% against the same period last year and totaled 665,007,000,000 cub.m., while export decreased by 3.6% to 185,845,000,000 cub.m., reported Russian Oil.—0--
