Entrepreneurs Continue Spot Checks
Screening test production of soft drinks has revealed a number of violations.
As the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development has banned entrepreneur Nizametdinov Yusif Zarger (Khatai district, st. A. Ismailov, 35) who is responsible for selling finished products. He is obliged to stop production and recall dispersed shopping products.
The audit showed that the production of mineral water Billur Su in 19-liter plastic containers was implemented without appropriate legal and technical documents and packages without dates on the label.
The results of laboratory analysis of samples of finished products, taken from the stock trader revealed errors and existence of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, and the presence of bacteria belonging to the group of coli bacteria.
Unfortunately, the tests to be carried MED, conducted from time to time and are limited to one-off solutions that do not affect the market situation. - 17C-
