Food Prices Frozen in August
In Baku and other Azerbaijani cities, food prices remained unchanged in August. Without any changes also kept the prices for agricultural products.
If compared with a year earlier, the prices on average rose by 1.8%, and as compared with the beginning of the year there was a reduction in prices by 2.5%.
It is expected that in the coming days, food prices will remain stable, but the prices of agricultural products will rise to an extent.
