The general meeting of shareholders of the French-Azerbaijani insurance company AXA Mbask will be held on May 19.
As stated in the announcement, at the meeting the holders of shares will discuss current issues related to the activities of the company.
AXA Mbask was founded in 1992. Its shareholders are AXA Seguros Generales, SA, De Seguros YReaseguros (90.1369%), and an individual (9.8631%). The authorized capital of the company as of January 1, 2015 was 14 million 233.32 thousand manat. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
