Ilham Aliyev receives the Minister of Agriculture of Argentina
On Tuesday, President Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Norberto Yauhar, the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Argentina Norberto Yauhar.
The Head of State noted rapid development of bilateral relations in various fields, and mutual visits are intense. According to him, Azerbaijan is interested in expanding ties with Argentina in all economic sectors, including the agricultural sector. He expressed confidence that the visit of Argentinian Minister to Azerbaijan will contribute to further development of cooperation.
In his response, Norberto Yauhar stressed that the development of relations is a great opportunity. He reported that his president instructed him to expand its relations with Azerbaijan. -02D-

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance. This figure, which includes reserves held by the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), far exceeds the nation's external debt, which stands at a fraction of its reserves, specifically nearly 14 times less.
