Issuance of Bonds by NBCO Finoko Bokt
The non-bank credit organization Finoko Bokt proceeds to the placement of a bond issue in the amount of $ 750 thousand.
According to Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the prospectus was registered by the State Securities Committee. The emission is divided into 750 bonds with par value of $ 1 thousand each.
The bonds will be emitted for a period of 3 years at a rate of 15% per annum. Placement of the bonds will be held by public subscription. The placement underwriter is OJSC Unicapital.
JSC Finoko Bokt received a license to operate in September 2014. The authorized capital of the company is 300,000 manat. The shareholders are two individuals. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
