Listing Standard Level of BSE Includes Nikoil ICB
Listing Committee of BSE has included bonds of Nikoil ICB in the standard (second) level of listing of securities.
According to the BSE, the placement of bonds in the amount of $ 5 million started from 11 August. On the same day it was purchased by one investor securities in the amount of 3 million manat.
The bonds were issued at a nominal value of $ 1,000 at 9.5% per annum.
Note that the shares of Nikoil ICB are distributed as follows:
JSC Topaz Investments - 56.4%
JSC Nikoil - 42.6%
LLC ISR Holding - 1.0%
According to the report of the issuer prior to BSE, at the beginning of 2015 the share capital of the bank was 45 million manats, of which 34.5 million manats was related to the authorized capital.
In Azerbaijan Nikoil Bank has worked since 1994. Then the bank was called Ulpar. From 1998 AIC Nikoil became a shareholder of CB Ulpar. In January 2002, as a result of the formalization of CB Ulpar, 60% of the shares were acquired by AIC Nikoil, and 40% of the shares – by the largest operator in the fuel market of the country - JSC Lukoil Azerbaijan. -08D-
