LLC Azertelecom Expands Activities
Anticipated is extensive growth of services in Baku. It is expected that the increase in the number of objects belonging to the limited liability company Azertelecom will attract more users.
The prospects come true due to this entity's winning the competition announced by the State Committee for Property Affairs of AR. The prize for winning was renting a number of non-residential premises in the Yasamal, Nizami and Khatai districts of the capital.
Now they have to invest in previously unsuitable objects of 11.2 square meters in Sharifzadeh Street, 75 m2 in Yasamal and ??17.2 square meters at 23 Shirin Mirzoyev Street in the Nizami district.
By decision of the tender committee, the winners of the investment tenders are Ltd GEN-LAB (non-residential area in the Khatai district) and Ltd. Azertelecom (non-residential areas in the Nizami and Yasamal districts).
The signing of the lease must be made within 20 days after the approval of the competition.
Lease is carried out on the conditions of use of these facilities in accordance with the activities of the company profile, the lack of financial and organizational problems in the enterprise, no harm to the shared communication networks, as well as preserving the appearance and architectural elements of the leased object. - 17D-
