Total payments in accordance with the decree of the President of the lump-sum payment to war veterans and their widows, as well as those to be awarded orders and medals for his work in the rear, reached 25,208 people.
As the press service of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), lump-sum payments (300 manat) were also awarded for the blockade of Leningrad (Saint - Petersburg in the Russian Federation) and the participants of the liberation of the city from the Nazis. -17D-
