"MBASK" CATCHES UP WITH THE BACKLOG OF WORK

    BAKU/25.08.10/TURAN: Over seven months of 2010 the MBASK insurance company has collected 4,31 million AZN premiums, what I close to the past year level. The log on the results of first six months was 250,000 AZN, and over January- July- it is up to 120,000 AZN.
     Traditionally the company collects more premiums on CASCO insurance of automobiles - this time 2,64 million AZN (62,1% of all premiums on voluntarily positions.) In whole, premiums on voluntarily kinds of insurance reached 4,25 million AZN, 98,5% of total volume of collections.
     Premiums on main kinds, except the leading positions, are allotted as follows: insurance of property from fires and other risks - 506,210 AZN, voluntarily medical insurance - 425,240 AZN, insurance of clients from accidents - 337,120 AZN.
     On the insurance of cargo 92,000 AZN were collected; insurance of civil responsibility - - 105,380 AZN, insurance of civil responsibility of auto-transport owners - 86,970 AZN, insurance of responsibility of employers 52,170 AZN; voluntarily insurance of aircrafts - 5,800 AZN.
     Premiums of MBASK on compulsory kinds of insurance total 63,400 AZN, and main part of which - 62,300 AZN is compulsory insurance of the responsibility of automobile transport means owners " ecological insurance -1,100 AZN.
     There are more payments on the cases of automobile faults - 1,47 million AZN. The latest insurance payment amounting 22,909 AZN was made last Friday at the appeal of an earth-mover BC18H insurer, who had `an industrial injury.`
     The company"s joint payments made 2,11 million AZN, by 1,6 million less compared with the same period of last year. On the voluntarily medical insurance, second position after CASCO, 519,900 AZN have been paid, on fires - 55,160 AZN, on faults on air crafts - 9,08 AZN, on accidents - 5,400 AZN, on cargo insurance - 1,200 AZN.
     Insurance on civil responsibility of employers totaled 12,440AZN, on owners of transport vehicles - 9,600 AZN, and on common civil responsibility - 1,000 AZN. Compulsory insurance payments totaled 28,15, mainly due to civil responsibility of transport vehicles" owners.
     Open jsc `MBASK` has been functioning in Azerbaijan"s insurance market since 1992 ,and provides services on 25 voluntarily and four compulsory kinds of insurance. Paid charter capital of the company for today is 5,73 million AZN.
