Membership of Five Companies in Stock Market Canceled
The Membership Commission of Baku Stock Exchange canceled the membership of five companies in the stock exchange. These are LLC Brokdil-AZ, Chelsea Capital, Standard Capital, BoB Broker and CJSC Demir Investisiya Sirketi.
Membership of these companies in the BSE was suspended in January 2016. "The Exchange will consider restoring the membership of these companies after the completion of the procedures established by law for the transformation of these companies in an investment company and obtaining the appropriate licenses," BSE noted.
These companies continue to remain in the ranks of the BSE shareholders.
Currently, the Exchange has six members: CJSC Capital Management I.C., CJSC Invest-AZ I.C., CJSC Az-Finance I.C., CJSC Uni Capital I.C., CJSC Pasha Capital I.C. and CJSC PSG-Capital I.C. ----08D
