The document noted the expediency of placing metallurgical enterprises outside the city. This company may be located in industrial areas.
Metallurgical industry occupies a large area. In the case of a fire accident in many ways the operation time of a fire team will depend on the number of entry routes and their status. The resolution stresses that at some of the existing and new steel mills the rules of technical and fire safety are not fulfilled.
Note that in the territory of Baku there are several metallurgical plants, the largest of which is LLC Baku Steel Company. In this plant there is often an explosion followed by casualties and accidents.
