Mortgage Lending by AMF Rises in Price by 0.17%
Authorized banks of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, issued in January-July 2012 loans of 39.8 million manat, which is 20.7% less than in January-July 2011.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the average lending rate increased 0.17 percentage points to 7.08%. The average for the monthly payment increased 4.2% to 314.1 manat.
The average credit period reached 277 months and the average for the amount of loans fell by 1.2% to 38.9 thousand manat. - 15B -
