Next Issue of Shares of Muganbank
The State Committee for Securities registered the day before (http://www.scs.gov.az/n480/muganbank) the next issue prospectus of ordinary non-documentary registered shares of JSC Muganbank under the number AZ1001005466.
After the successful placement of securities the share capital of the financial agency will increase from 41 million 305.80 thousand to 46 million manats. The current issue volume of 4 million 694.2 thousand manats is divided into 23,471 shares with par value of 200 manats.
JSC Muganbank was founded in 1992. In total the country has 30 branches and 4 branches of the bank. They provide customer service for all types of banking products. --17D-

By the end of 2024, inflation in Azerbaijan is projected at 5.1%, increasing to 5.8% in 2025, as per the Central Bank's announcement. Just six months ago, in April, the bank had forecasted inflation at 3.5% for 2024 and 4.2% for 2025.
