
Norway considered most prosperous country
According to Legatum Prosperity Index, Norway is considered the most prosperous country for five years running. This year it is far away from Switzerland, which is on the second place on the list.
These countries have occupied five points in the Entrepreneurial Operations category and showed development of internet carrying capacity and increase in number of cellphones per capita. However, the indexes in the categories productivity and security went from the 4th to 6th place.
Canada, Sweden, New Zealand and Denmark occupied the third, fourth, fifth and sixth places, respectively.
The following categories are evaluated – economy, state sector, entrepreneurship, health system, security, personal freedom and social capital.
