Policy from International Insurance Company for a Few Minutes
JSC International Insurance Company has started to provide services to customers via the Internet.
As stated in the IIC, customers traveling abroad can visit the constantly operating website www.iic.az by selecting the appropriate insurance package. By filling out a form and paying the insurance premium, which can be calculated by using the Calculator application of a credit card, the customer receives an insurance policy ready by email. The document can be written to a flash card, or even printed to provide it where required.
The advantage of the new service is that you need not communicate with IIC staff in the course of signing the contract.
OJSC International Insurance Company with a capital of 14.8 million AZN has been operating under the Ministry of Finance license since 2002. The sole owner and shareholder is the International Bank of Azerbaijan. The company renders services on 32 types of insurance.--17D-

This group includes Angola, Bahrain, Timor-Leste, Equatorial Guinea, Oman, and South Sudan, highlighting shared economic risks for these states.

In Azerbaijan, the government has increasingly relied on tax exemptions for imported goods as a tool to stabilize domestic market prices. The exemption from the 18% VAT on wheat imports, extended this year, exemplifies this approach. New measures have also been introduced, including tax relief on imports of electric vehicle chargers, while exemptions for high-cost medications are currently under discussion. Notably, defense imports continue to be free from taxes and customs duties.
