Radio Frequencies in Nakhchivan to Be Distributed Independently
In order to increase the effectiveness of radio communications and high-frequency structures in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), they have established the Commission for Radio Frequencies (RFC), which is chaired by the Prime Minister of NAR. The corresponding decree was signed by Vasif Talibov, Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Autonomous Republic on January 6.
According to the approved position of the RFC (http://www.huquqiaktlar.nakhchivan.az/StatementDetails.aspx?statementId=1328) the commission, which will operate under the working group, pursues a policy of radio magnetic compatibility of radio resources allocation and use of radio spectrum in Nakhchivan . Diplomatic missions of foreign states and international organizations in Nakhchivan will coordinate radio frequencies for radio-electronic means with RFC.
The head of the autonomy instructed the Cabinet to approve the NAR "Rules of removal, registration, use and establishment of payment for radio frequencies." 08D
