At the 21 January EGM in Capital Bank there was announced the decision of the main shareholder of the bank to satisfy the application of a member of the Supervisory Board Javid Guliyev for resignation.
The composition of the Supervisory Board consisting of five members was elected in May 2015. The issue of electing a new member instead of the former one is not on the agenda.
The shareholders of JSC Capital Bank are about 170 persons. The share of LLC Pasha Holding accounts for 99.87% of the shares. -----08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
