Securities Market Works in New Way
From now on, the law "On the Securities Market" works. The document was signed by the President.
Now, dealers and brokers will receive a single license on investment activity. A license may be issued for the provision of a full range of services, and (optional entrepreneurs) for the provision of basic or auxiliary services.
The main services include the reception and execution of orders, portfolio management of individual investors, placement of securities, holding at their own risk and on their finances operations with securities, provide investment advice and underwriting.
Support services include providing investment loans for transactions on securities market, customer account management, investment and financial research at the Central Bank, the service manager of security for secured bonds, as well as currency exchange in connection with the main investment services.
By law, the investment company will receive a perpetual license to operate (until now limited to their term of five years).
All licensed dealers and brokers until January 1 next year should bring their activities into compliance with the new law.
The State Committee for Securities registered 12 licensed brokers, 13 - dealers, and 2 license holders on the register of security holders. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
