The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Bank Nikoil, which was to be held in Moscow on January 16, has been canceled, the bank said. The meeting will be held in London on February 8.
At a meeting the shareholders are to discuss the changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee.
