Simplified E-government Services for the Disabled
BAKU/29.08.13/TURAN : Some residents of the capital (with limited physical condition ) was able to easy access to a virtual resource " Electronic Azerbaijan " (e-gov.az).
As they say in today's report of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (http://mincom.gov.az/media/xeberler/details/2546), created a link on the portal , where people with disabilities to fill the forms of treatment will use the data identification. After the identification of the data to the database or the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection will establish contact with the face of an employee portal , which will provide the passcode to access or cell ID. The citizen who submitted the request , will be provided with full information about the possibilities of using the portal .
It was noted earlier that, for all categories of the population access to the services of the portal is allowed if the digital signature , the identity of the individual businesses and citizens , as well as with the verification data (login and password) , which can be obtained in electronic form after registration at portal.
According to the Ministry of Communications, by the end of the year easy access to people with disabilities will also be provided in the regions of the country.
Total government approved 417 kinds of services, of which 407 posted on the websites of various government organizations. The portal www.e-gov.az seen 238 services, of which 146 are active .
Since August 1, the number of visits to the portal was more than 281 thousand. New visitors to the resource account for over 60 percent of the total number of users . Most ( 84 % ) of the total number of visits to Azerbaijan have also presented the citizens of the United States, Russia , Britain , Turkey, Georgia, Germany , Ukraine and other countries.
As of August 1, the Information Technology Centre ( ITC ), the Ministry of Communications of Azerbaijan , the total number issued by the National Center for certification of electronic digital signatures (EDS ) is 14,997 units. - 17D-
