Simplified Paperwork for Property
The State Property Committee of Azerbaijan has mobilized a new electronic service that allows citizens to execute documents on property in their name.
This will simplify the procedure of registration of citizens with documents, said the director of the IT-center of management and reference of SPC Yashar Niftiyev at a briefing organized by the Information Technology Centre (ITC), the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan.
According to the official, in order to transfer the contract for the sale of real estate signed in a notary's office in their name, there is no longer need to visit the service of the State Real Estate Register. From now on, the citizens will send the relevant application to the state register in electronic form.
The sales contract will be reissued in the name of the citizen in the notary's office, and payment of the fees will be made in electronic form. The citizen will need only to revisit the notary's office to get his document. --17D-
