Spring Session of MM to Consider Real Estate Questions
The Economic Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis proposed draft amendments to the legislation to simplify the process of real estate registration for the spring session of the Milli Majlis (MM).
They plan to make amendments to the law "On the State Register of Real Estate", "On privatization of housing stock" and the Civil Code of the Azerbaijan Republic. According to the authors, the changes involve the recognition of real estate documents issued since the adoption of the Law "On State Register of Real Estate" in 2004, before its entry into force in July 2006.
In addition, the changes are designed to solve the problems of citizens who were allocated property of public housing in the Soviet era, and who were issued orders without warrants, as well as members of collective dacha farms.
With regard to the Civil Code, they will try to link it to the paragraphs of the Code of Construction and Urban Development on the construction of houses up to 12 meters high. --17D-
