According to official information not taking into account the February devaluation of the national currency, per capita income was by 2.7% higher than the average annual inflation rate as of July 1.
Nearly three-quarters (74.2%) of the proceeds were directed to final consumption, 14% - to pay interest on loans, for bank deposits and increase in capital, 9.4% - to pay taxes, social security contributions and membership benefits, and the rest was for other purposes. --17D-
