The authorized capital of the company Revan Sigorta will double
The insurance company Revan Sigorta plans to increase the share capital by more than half - from 4 million to 8 million 900 thousand 039.2 manats.
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), on 4 November there was registered the issue prospectus and the shareholders decided to use a simple method of mass no-entry shares.
The nominal value of each of the 120 thousand 99 securities is 40.8 manats. Increase after being placed on the BSE will be 4 million 900 thousand 039.2 manats. The registration number is AZ1003005316.
Insurance company Revan Sigorta has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1998 and has a perpetual license for insurance activity. It previously operated under the name Star Alliance.
The authorized capital of the company today is 4 million manat, which is less than the required minimum by the Ministry of Finance, i.e. 5 million.
The company provides 19 types of insurance, including 2 mandatory.
Since 2007, in connection with the change of the founders it is Nurgun by name. -17D-
