The central bank again raised the dollar rate
On Tuesday the Central Bank lowered the official rate of the manat to the US dollar at the level 1.7318 manats. This is higher than the previous rate on November 29 which was equal to 1.7246 AZN. Thus, the official dollar exchange rate rose at once by 04%. Against this background, the selling rate of commercial banks came close to the level of 1.8 manats per US dollar. At the same time, commercial banks do not sell the currency and buy only. In the "black market" the dollar’s selling rate is even higher. -02D-
