Transport infrastructure to be encoded
The Cabinet on December 5 ordered the approval of encoding rules of transport infrastructure, and determined their starting and ending points, central lines and points of restraint. The Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2013.
According to the rules, every street, avenue, road and area uses special software automatically awarded a universal unique identification number. If the data on nsport infrastructure is divided into several parts, each of them is awarded a new number. The names of the transport infrastructure can not exceed three words. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
