Transport Rates Decreased by 6.2%
In January of this year, prices in the transport sector decreased compared to the previous month by an average of 6.2%, according to the State Statistics Committee.
In January the state-run Azerbaijan Airlines reduced tariffs for flights to non-CIS countries by an average of 21.3% and to the CIS countries – by 32.6%. Note that AZAL only announced a special promotion on the occasion of the New Year until the 15th of January.
Railway tickets to the CIS countries in the past month fell by 9.7%. ----08D
