Turan Bank Increases Authorized Capital
4,672 shares of Turan Bank have been registered, with par value of 1,082 manat each, the bank said. Therefore, the bank's authorized capital increased by AZN 5 million and totaled AZN 55 million.
The bank was established in 1992. The bank's shareholders are 26 persons, including 6 legal entities and 20 individuals. 70.80% of its shares belong to individuals, and 29.20% belong to legal entities. ----71D
