Uni Bank Completes Repayment of Interest-bearing Bonds
On December 22 JSC Uni Bank completed the repayment of interest-bearing bonds totaling 20 million manat.
According to the report on BSE, in the bond redemption their owners received an additional AZN 44.5 thousand of accrued interest.
The bonds were in circulation for 720 days. Investors received 9.75% per annum on them. According to BSE, at maturity, the bonds were in the hands of five investors.
Currently, 5,000 Uni Bank bonds with par value of 1,000 manat each are in circulation, with a maturity of 5 years. The bank pays quarterly interest thereon at the rate of 14% per annum.
The paid authorized capital of OJSC Uni Bank is AZN 70,565,232. The bank has issued 20,796,000 ordinary registered shares. The shareholders are Eldar Garibov (68.3%), Zemfira Jafarova (5.5%), EBRD (15.1%), German Investment Corporation (DEG – 8.3%) and other minority shareholders. ------08B
