The new "master plan" of Baku turned to be a fiction
The "Plan of zoning and the use of the territory of Baku" (Master Plan) d Developed by the Institute "Bakgosproekt" under the State Urban Development and Architecture does not reflect the many areas of social and economic development of the capital, stated Baku Executive Power.
