The EU Committee of Permanent Representatives has confirmed the European Commission's proposal to grant a visa-free regime to Georgia,” TASS reported.
It clarifies that the decision was taken by the Committee, which adopted the negotiating position of the EU Council on the introduction of a visa-free regime.
Earlier, the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs by the majority of votes expressed support for the introduction of a visa-free regime between EU and Georgia. -02D-
