The prices of rented housing grew by 11.6% on the average in Baku and other big towns of Azerbaijan in I-VI, 2008. The prices grew most of all in the Yasamal district (by 16%), Ahmedli (by 13%), the Montin settlement (by 12.5%), and the Nizami district (by 11%).
