Abdurrahman Vezirov calls on Diaspora organizations to unite:
The other day in the Azerbaijani press published an interview with former First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, Abdurahman Vezirov, where he spoke about the activities of Diaspora organizations in Russia.
Turan managed to telephone Vezirov, and it turned out that he did not give such an interview, and generally does not do so in recent years.
As for the activities of the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations, and, in particular, the Union of Azerbaijani Organizations in Russia (UAOR) and "Azerros", Vezirov noted with regret that knows little about them, but respects not only Araz Agalarov, but also to other heads of this organizations.
Returning to the pseudo interview, where Vezirov supposedly told about the appointment of Abbas Abbasov the First Secretary of the District Committee, Vezirov ironically noted that the authors of fakes do not even know that the first secretaries of district committees were not appointed, but elected.
In conclusion, he wished the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations success and unification, citing the example of the Jewish Diaspora.
He expressed the hope that the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations come together and contributed to even greater convergence of Azerbaijan and Russia.
A small "interview" by Vezirova, allegedly given to Russian journalists appeared online a few days ago. -02В-
