Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received on Monday a delegation to the OSCE Permanent Representatives of 19 states.
As the press service of the Foreign Ministry said, during the meeting they discussed issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OSCE, the situation in the region.
The minister said that the occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenian armed forces is the biggest obstacle to the settlement of the conflict by peaceful means. He stressed that the settlement of the conflict is vital for security and cooperation in the region.
Note that the OSCE delegation was sent to Armenia and Azerbaijan after the deterioration of the situation in relation to pardon of Safarov and the threat of renewed hostilities. -03D06-
