Experts see the Russian threat
Politicians and experts discussed within the frameworks of so-called "Crisis table" the Russian threat to Azerbaijan under the Ukrainian crisis; the event was held at the headquarters of Musavat Party.
For three-hours the participants discussed the causes and motives of Russia’s actions against Ukraine, the official response of Kiev and the Ukrainian society, as well as the policies of the international community against the Ukrainian crisis.
Experts examined the possible scenarios of Russia's actions against Azerbaijan in light of the aggressive statements by Russian figures, in particular, an ideologist of the Eurasian Union Aleksandr Dugin, and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
Experts decided to hold a broad public debate within a large "Crisis table" in the near future.
