Ilham Aliyev Receives Vice President of European Parliament
On September 9, President Ilham Aliyev received the Vice President of the European Parliament, Richard Charneski, the President's press service said. The topic of the conversation and the program of the visit have not been disclosed.
Earlier, the European Parliament adopted several critical resolutions in connection with violations of human rights and freedoms in Azerbaijan and called for sanctions against the country's government.
