Baku/11.08.22/Turan: Orkhan Chingiz oglu Mursalov has been appointed head of the Gedabey region executive power by the order of the country's President.
Note that the position remained vacant since October 5, 2021, when Ibrahim Mustafayev was dismissed.
Prior to his appointment, Mursalov worked in the organizational department of the Presidential Administration, where he supervised the western region, including Gedabey. -06D-

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times. According to relatives, the police conducted a search of her apartment.
